Helen Dedes โ Yiayia โ is the Greek grandmother the whole internet fell in love with. Born on the island of Lesvos, she sailed to Australia in 1967 and built the foundations of Dedes Waterfront Group into one of Sydney's most celebrated restaurant institutions.
